Just Say Thank You

 

So many of our sentences start with, “I wish, I want, I need...” and such likes. Not enough begin with “thank you.”

Gratitude isn’t about celebrating the material gains which, let’s face it, as human behaviour would dictate, will always leave us wanting more.

Gratitude is about taking that pause before everything and being thankful. Thankful for your environment, for your meal, for the clothes on your body, for those around you who love you and for those who teach you through the negative and positive experiences.

As I am growing and evolving, gratitude is naturally forming part of my way of thinking and living. The negative experiences I’ve had over the last couple of years - which at the time were painful- are the sole reasons behind the incredible opportunities I’m gaining today.

The law of the universe is also such that the vibes you give out are the vibes that you attract. Now isn’t that a great incentive?
